NOTE:
  • WOD1:  This is a scaled version of a WOD that Coach Deric OWNED at the Fittest Games.  He did 20reps (1 every 8sec) of 300# Back Squats before his burpees…  In our version, we’ll complete 1 Back Squat every 10 seconds for 3 minutes (18 total), keeping the weight in the back rack during the remainder of each 10 second interval.  At the completion of 3 minutes (not just after the 18th rep), everyone drops their weight & begins their burpees!!
