NOTE:
  • Sled Drags to be done in grass – not on asphalt!
  • Sleds will be limited!!  Split group between the two WODs, and spread out athletes across all stations at WOD1.
  • Scale for the sled drag will be hill sprints from the motorpool gate to the connex. (2 sprints = 1 sled drag).
