  • Assemble Barbells as:
    • Men = 45# bar, plates = 45, 10, 35
    • Women = 35# bar, plates = 25, 10, 25
  • Barbell carry can be together as a team, or trade off solo carries.  Whatever your team decides, doesn’t matter… as long as it goes 200m before you start the lifts.
