The Coach’s have decided to take mercy on you and remove the Push max and WallBalls from today’s WOD (considering you’re all going to do 150 WallBalls tomorrow as part of 13.3!!).  Today’s work has been modified to a new version of ass-kicking that will leave you sweaty and breath-less, but will still allow you to OWN the Open.  See – we’re not all bad ;)
