For Time:

Begin with weights, barbells and clamps completely disassembled at North end of Drill Hall.  Begin WOD by sprinting with only one piece of equipment at a time, and assemble at South end of Drill Hall.

Complete 20 Bear Complex’s (155/115#)

Disassemble and return equipment to the North end of the drill hall, one piece at a time.

NOTES:

  • Bear Complex = Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press = 1 rep.  Video
  • Assemble bars as:
    • Men = 45#bar, 2×45#, 2×10#
    • Women = 45#bar, 2×25#, 2×10#
