Get your running shoes on! Today’s Fast Friday workout is taking us out for some longer distance interval training. Each 800 meter interval is two laps around a normal track or just under half a mile. This could take a while, so better get to it.
Complete 10 rounds of 800m sprints.
Try to maintain the same pace for each sprint. In between each interval, jog lightly for the same amount of time it took you to run the interval.
Your score is the time it took you to complete your slowest interval. After you catch your breath, share your story with all of us.
