This Crossfit benchmark workout tests two of the more advanced skills, the pistol and the handstand push up. Correctly completing just one round is an accomplishment in itself. If you must, use a wall to help with the balance on the handstand push ups.

Equipment: Pull up bar

The Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 handstand pushups
10 pistols
15 pull ups

Record the number of completed rounds as well as details of any unfinished sets.
