This workout will help you increase your push up and pull up maximum reps. You’ll begin by doing as many pull ups and push ups as you can. Take the number of reps you complete and divide by two. That will be your target for the rest of the sets.

The Workout

Pull ups: maximum number of reps
Push ups: maximum number of reps
25 air squats

Chin ups: half your max rep number
Wide arm push ups: half your max rep number
25 air squats

Close grip pull ups: half max reps
Diamond  push ups: half max reps
25 air squats

Pull ups: half max reps
Push ups: half max reps
25 air squats
