50 double ­unders
50 sit ups
50 walking lunges
50 sit ups
50 burpees
50 sit ups

If you struggle with double unders, then you can substitute 150 jump ropes instead. Yes, in our book it takes three jump ropes to equal one double under. Moral of the story: practice your double unders.
