Ben, a longtime fitness fanatic, became frustrated with the daily task of trying to figure out what kind workout to do. Unsatisfied with the countless websites that suggest the same generic workout routines, Ben went about creating his own ideal plan. Borrowing the best from around the fitness world, he developed a routine that focused on functional strength, well-rounded fitness, and a ton of variety.

After countless “What workout plan do you follow?” from friends and observers in the gym, Ben decided to share the routine with the world. Thus the Workout Dojo was born, and now you to can follow the same program.
